Wallpaper collections

Here you will find all the wallpaper collections we have in our range. All collections are assigned matching children's fabrics, wall stickers, borders and other articles around the decoration. They are sorted once thematically and once by the original name, or the wallpaper book of the manufacturer. 

What is a wallpaper collection anyway?

In irregular intervals, wallpaper manufacturers bring new motifs, colours and themes onto the market. Older ones are then taken off the market accordingly.
By the way, to enable you to plan better, each collection is provided with a kind of "expiry date" right from the start. So you know right from the start how long you can purchase the children's wallpapers, borders and fabrics.

All new wallpapers, border and children's fabrics are combined by manufacturers into collections. For this purpose, they produce so-called wallpaper books for us dealers, in which samples of all articles can be seen.
Within the wallpaper book, the wallpapers and other decorative articles are arranged to match. This creates beautiful collages, which you can use to imagine how the items look in combination.

Such a collection or wallpaper book is then given a conceptual name, which is a kind of umbrella term. Because within each collection there are usually different "sub-themes. Mostly, these are special themes and motifs for girls' rooms, boys' rooms and babies' rooms.

So, for example, dinosaurs for the boys, butterflies for the girls and mice for the babies. Characteristic of the themes are then the pictures on the motif wallpapers, borders and children's fabrics.

Motifs Striped wallpapers and other patterned wallpapers

Now, however, there are not only different motif wallpapers that characterise the themes, but also matching stripe wallpapers, unit wallpapers and pattern wallpapers that accompany them. The beauty of these is that they can also be used across themes. This is of course more economical for the manufacturer and more practical for you.

It is also typical for a wallpaper collection that the existing patterns and motifs are predominantly available in several colours or colour worlds. This makes the combinability even better and more extensive.

Once you have decided on a theme, it is time for the concrete selection. And then you will have to be clear about one or two questions.

How strongly do I want the motif represented in the children's room?

Should only one wall be designed with the motif, or would I like to have the matching border  and fabric to go with it?

Do I want to combine the motifs with patterns - for example with a check wallpaper or dot wallpaper?

Do I bring unit wallpaper into play and use colour rather than motif?

And how should the distribution or the ratio be?

At the beginning, it is better to calculate too much than too little when it comes to quantity. Not that we wanted to sell, but in practice this has simply proved beneficial. Just think you want to touch up after a few months (children's room) and the wallpaper (or the batchnumber) is no longer there. We've had the odd unhappy customer because of this."

Baby room or nursery

It may well be that you have set up a nursery and now want to slowly grow into a children's room. You have already decided on a theme and only want to change the details - for example the colour.

However, you must be sure that the respective wallpaper collection is still available.

Or you have fallen in love with a theme at the time and have already designed a child's room with it. And now you want to use the same motif for the sibling - perhaps only in a different colour? In this case, too, it would be a pity if the wallpaper were no longer on the market.

Be sure to

 to the duration of each wallpaper collection. We change our wallpapers from time to time and then take older collections out of the programme. That's why it would be annoying if you want to buy something later to redecorate and it is no longer available. Alternatively, you can of course buy enough wallpaper or borders right at the beginning if you have fallen in love with a theme."
